Terms & Conditions:
• By submitting this form you agree to all the terms & conditions on the separate terms & conditions document 1.0 dated 01.09.2020. (some of the main points are summarised below)
• Payment will be made on or before the date of each lesson
• All cancellations are to be paid for in full.
• All children must visit the toilet before swimming, and not swim if they are feeling unwell or have been unwell in the last 48 hours.
• The children are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times. Under no circumstances should children be left unattended.
• During a lesson when your child is in the pool & is asked to remain on the steps or edge of the pool, you are solely responsible for supervising your child, whilst the teacher is teaching another child in the water. If you are not able to do this please let the teacher know. There is no lifeguard.
